The first thing you notice about the PowerEdge R710 is its build quality. The previous models were great, but the new models are even better with many useful and useful features.

On the back of the chassis are power outlets – which are also interchangeable, with two standard 570-watt units and an 870-watt PSU available to meet the needs of a fully loaded setting.
There are also four Gigabit Ethernet ports on the back, supported by a pair of Broadcom NetXtreme II controllers with support for load breakdown and load balancing with TCP loading on Windows Server 2003 or higher.

Inside the case, the processors are located under large heatsinks, more or less in the middle of the motherboard with 9 DIMM slots on each side for RAM.
The full 8GB DIMM provides 144GB of RAM, which is more than enough to support a large number of virtual machines, large corporate databases, and other memory-hungry applications.
