Choosing Dock station is hard enough, especially if you want to buy a new computer. Here we will help you choose from the best dell K17A Dock stations. we reviewed two of them for you.

The best of Dell k17a dock stations: Dell D6000 Dock
The D6000 Dock Universal Dock splits the difference between old and new, supports both USB Type-A (your current computer) and USB Type-C (next), and up to three 4K displays (with a newer connection).
This is an easy way to prevent your desktop from being installed in the future, provided the adapter is malfunctioning and you cannot disconnect or replace the mains cable.
Design
“I belong to an office,” shouts the dell’s dock. This is a simple black box for simple office work. The heart logo at the top is also black. Otherwise, there are no embellishments and embellishments.
This plastic rectangle measures 6X3X3X1.2X1.2 inches tall so you can place your laptop on top of it, so it can be seen on your desk. (You probably shouldn’t cover it anyway, as there are several ports on the front.)

The Dell Dock has an interesting innovation for compatibility with the old USB Type-C ports.
This cable is a USB Type-C cable, but there is a long USB 3.0 adapter that wraps around the end of the USB and holds the USB Type-C portion in a small cage.
This adapter looks funny and awkward, but you won’t miss the USB 3.0 adapter this way. Once upgraded to a USB Type-C computer, you can pull the extension down the wire and exit.
Ports
The D6000 port set is completely standard. The front provides easy access to the headphone jack, a pair of USB 3.0 ports and a USB Type-C port, while the other two USB 3.0 ports on the back, along with the Ethernet jack, have two DisplayPorts and an HDMI output.
There are no adapters in the box, so if both of your monitors use HDMI or if you use an older monitor with DVI or VGA ports, you should go out and get an adapter.
Performance
The D6000 does not work perfectly with every laptop, despite being dubbed the “universal” dock. This is not necessarily the fault of the heart – many vendors run USB Type-C laptops in slightly different ways.
Dell promises that the D6000 can have three 4K displays via USB-C, a 30Hz display (or a 5K monitor, though we couldn’t test it), or two displays via USB 3.0.
